Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple shipments or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first item, if you concluded a contract for regular delivery of goods over a set period.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
