Trail ride (1 hour) on the beach for advanced riders

05.06.2015

What can I expect from a one-hour ride for advanced riders at Reithalle E. Kuper? Here you’ll find all the important information about the stable, the ride, whether photos were taken, and my review.

Information

This stable no longer offers rides. (Website deleted, as of April 2023)

Payment was made in cash.

Stable

On the way to the stable, there were pastures around the property. Before the ride, the horses were kept in individual stalls.

Arrival

Riders prepared the horses in the stalls. All riders met in the riding hall. Guests mounted using a mounting aid.

Trail Ride

The ride went from the stable to the dunes and the beach. On the beach, we galloped. Until then, we warmed the horses up at a walk. Occasionally, we trotted in the dunes.
At one spot on the beach, we made a 180-degree turn. We rode back to the stable along the same route.

After the ride

Back at the stable, we unsaddled and unbridled the horses in their stalls. The horses had the rest of the day off.

Photos

A photo break was possible on request.

My Review

I really enjoyed the ride. It was wonderful to ride along the beach.
