Payment
You can pay via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Here you can find all information about the payment methods.
For environmental reasons, I do not print and include every invoice and delivery note with the order. You will receive your invoice and delivery note by email.
Ordering
1. First, choose your desired item.
2. If you are satisfied with your selection, you can add the item to your shopping cart via the corresponding button. You also have the option to complete your purchase directly using an “Express Checkout,” for example via PayPal.
3. In the shopping cart, you can decide whether to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Simply return to the online shop or use the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
4. To complete your order, please enter the required information and finalize the purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email from me. Once your package leaves the warehouse, I will send you a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking link.
Unfortunately, this is generally not possible, as each order is processed individually.
At the end of the checkout process, you can enter your voucher or discount code. Please note that multiple codes cannot be combined.
If you have already paid via PayPal or another method, I cannot process the code afterward.
This is no problem at all. You can specify a different delivery address during checkout, and I will deliver your order to your desired address.
I ship internationally. You can place orders from outside Germany, but please note that different shipping costs may apply.

If your order has not yet been processed, I can accommodate any changes. Please write me as soon as possible an E-Mail.
Shipping
Once your order is received, you will get an order confirmation email. I usually process orders within 24 hours. Once your package is packed and labeled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link.
When your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link. Simply click the link to see the current status of your order. If there are any issues with the tracking link, please contact me.
Important: The tracking also notes if the delivery person could not reach you and explains the next steps.
Returns
1. Select the items you want to return – they must be in their original condition (all pages intact and no pages written on).
2. Choose a shipping method, pack your items carefully, and take the package to the nearest shipping location.
