Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible under the conditions stated here. By participating, the participant acknowledges these terms and conditions.

Tannis Ausritte reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time.

Eligibility

All persons residing in Germany who are at least 14 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. For Facebook or Instagram sweepstakes, only participants with valid Facebook or Instagram accounts are allowed. Participation using fake names or the names of other persons is not permitted.

Participation

Participation in the sweepstakes occurs by commenting on or liking the post. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of any goods. Additionally, purchasing products does not increase the chances of winning.

Consent to the use of the participant’s first and last name in the event of a win is automatically granted by participating in the sweepstakes.

Entries must not contain insults, false information, or violations of competition, trademark, or copyright laws.

Prizes

Prizes are non-cash, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Drawing

All who have liked or commented on the post are entered into the draw. Participants can only enter once per sweepstakes.

Prizes are drawn among all eligible participants. The time of determining eligibility and the drawing is specified in the sweepstakes text.

Winners will be notified via email or personal message on Facebook or Instagram. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

Privacy Policy

To the extent that personal data of participants is collected, processed, or used in connection with the sweepstakes, this is only for the purpose of the sweepstakes and will be deleted after the sweepstakes ends.

Other essentials:

Participants who violate the terms or attempt to manipulate the sweepstakes may be excluded. In cases of manipulation, prizes may be revoked or already delivered prizes reclaimed.

Tannis Ausritte reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes if:

• • The terms or guidelines for sweepstakes on Facebook or Instagram are changed, making the execution under new rules impossible

• • Manipulations are detected or proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed

• • Unauthorized third-party interference or technical/legal problems occur

Participants release Facebook or other channels from any liability.

Legal recourse is excluded. Only the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any part of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remains unaffected. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Tannis Ausritte without separate notice.
